June 21 or 22, we should schedule a get together, sounds like D I C K S is the place.
Maybe we can have an impromptu Mustang show.

Maybe we can have an impromptu Mustang show. That would be great, except I'll have a rental car.
I've eaten at all of them. I could walk to the one on 45th, I lived in two blocks from it. I also lived in Ballard for a while. The Holman Rd weiners wasnt far from the last place I lived. I used to drive by the one on Lake City Way on my way to and from work.
Like I said, I'm only a couple blocks from Holman Rd, but I'd be happy to go where ever everyone else decides. I don't think I've ever been to the one on Lake city.

I would be game for something like that except I wont have my mustang by then to show the way it looks now my order is going to roll over to a 06. I was told Aug. but at this point I think that is now only in my dreams. I do have some weekdays off as I work a rotating shift the way my shift works I would have one of those days off. I dont know I just cant wait to get my GT Mustang. I am ready to start buying stuff for it but I know better than to do that before I get my ride.
Why not? I've already paid for a Shinoda chin spoiler and Steeda underdrive pullies. The pullies are sitting in the garage ready to get installed, who knows where the chin spoiler is.

After 212 miles your odometer will be adding an extra mile,
How does that work? every 212 miles is really 213?

When I did the math I got a slightly different number. The smaller tire makes 4 more revolutions per mile than the stock tire, so it travels (4 x 84.91in) = 339.64 inches less distance than the stock tire in one mile (assuming it's perfectly round). For your odometer to be over by one mile (their chart shows one mile = 769.5 revs x 84.91 inches = 65,338 in) you would have to travel 65,338in/339.64in= 192.37 miles.
This seems about right if you take the .052 % difference they quote.
1 mile/.0052 = 192.3 miles.
Man I need to get a life. I should be cleaning up my car this morning like AJC.
AJC thanks for all the tire info. Can't wait to see the pictures!

These two tires sizes are essentially the same diameter. Just leave a little air out of the stock tires and they would be the same.

I suppose you could always rent a v6....
I suppose you could always rent a v6....

That would be like going to Harley shop wanting to buy a Big twin then renting a sportster.....

Local guy will give me 300.00 credit for my pirellis, and installed the kdws's for 392.00 more out the door. So total cost would be 692.00, less 300.00= 392.00 out of pocket.
