I went for a short cruise yesterday too since the roads are clean after the rain. I've got some vacation days these next few weeks too, only work today and Friday this week, same thing next week, then have another Tuesday and Wednesday off the following week.

Well got everything together on the stang and took it for a test drive. All was OK till I try to fill up with gas. A big puddle forms under the car, I shut the pump off and look to see fuel rainning down from several spots under the car. I wait several minutes but report the spill to the cleck. I'm freakin out about do I dare drive it home like this. I'm crappin my pants but start to drive it home. I keep lookin behind me and still see a wet line following my car. I make it home and get out the floor jack. I check fuses, connections, everything. I then look at the GT500 pumps I just install and they are leakin out at the top. The drivers side tank is full and the passenger side is M-T. I'm going to have to pull the freakin pump out again to see it the connection under the hat came loose. Thats the only thing I can think of.

Hope you get it figured out!

Well this is no way to relax on your days off.
I am sure it is something simple like a gasket that didn't get seated properly.
You'll get er fixed.
I took mine out yesterday for two 20 mile cruises. I did that the day before also lol and the day before that and the day before that and............................................... .................................................. .

Yesterday...top down...golf course...
Fixed I hope. Somehow the siphon tube became disconnected on the new pumps. I never even messed with that when I installed them. They went in quicker the 2nd time than the first.
Crossing my fingers that its fixed
Yesterday 93 octane was 2.80, today 3.15

but I just wanted to see if the tank would fill up. Man talk about road noise!!! Backseat out, everything in the trunk out, I think I heard every stone my tires hit.
