I'm thinking with your attitude toward winter you need to move a little farther south!!!!!!!!!! Just teasing. Winter really sucks in Ohio but it must really suck the big one in Minnesota.

We get roughly 6" of snow a few times a year. it dont get higher than that due to it melting away before the next snow fall.

Who would havce thought that it would snow in the desert.

 

How long have you been over in Iraq Dirk????? I hope not too many winters.

 

This is my second winter in a row. I have been out here in the winter for the total of 4 winters.

Good news is I will be home at the end of Jan to the beginning of Feb. Hopefully there will be snow on the ground.

 

And yet they pull off another win.

 

Luck will run out soon enough...... I'm guessing Dec 27 against the Jets.

 

Haha. Maybe. Oh well. Car is going up and coming apart next weekend.

Gears and a tuner for xmas. Getting the heads ported from a buddy, and CAM shopping with the tax return haha.

I dug the valve covers out and 1 small problem, I forgot I painted them once Black and not very good.
It would probaly be best to paint yours and use mine to cover the holes or I can try and sand blast them at work to clean them up alittle. let me know, I still can get they out by Friday.

Don't worry about it. We have a glass beader and a dip tank that will cooked you poopy black paint job off in a few minutes. Just send them on....I can fix your FU'ps.. I promise I won't post pictures of you crappy paint job. You can trust me. But while I have your attention I am having a hard time deciding what color to paint them. Remember I have a CDC shaker cover so you can only see about 1/2 of my valve covers. There are two colors that are in consideration. Silver or Ford blue. I am open to opinions. My car is white so matching colors don't work in my case.

 

Do you have anything else that is silver or Ford blue under the hood?
