Got bent over at the Dealer today. All of a sudden the x-plan can't be done on the Raptor. Spent 3pm till 5:30pm going back and forth with the Salemans, the Finance guy and the owner. Here's their new deal

Truck was 37701 now is 38580 plus Doc fees, plus this and plus that. With 6% sales tax (why this amount I don't know Indiana is 7%) the new out the door price is 41094.88. I thought the Finance guy was going to ride home with me. He wouldn't give up. Some how he was tring to convince me that his 5.49 % APR was better than my C.U.'s 4.99% APR. I finally push him out of my door and drove off.

But some how I'm not upset, I drove the Raptor and it was nice but I guess the new car or Truck appeal has gone out of me.

I'm going to make a final offer tomorrow I think..40500 out the door. I knew I would have to pay the 7% sales tax, they forgot to include the $300 I gave them as a down payment to order. So actually its about $300 less than their offer.

Also they tell me they can't buy any of my Lease back on the truck I got now (3 months left). but I will have use of the Truck for 3 more months to BEAT ON.

I'd be uber pissed. They know they can sell it to someone else probably with a "market adjustment" to boot and make even more money. I suppose you didn't get the original agreement in writing.... that sucks man, good luck.

Oh yea it's in writtin. Signed by both of us. I got a copy with the x-plan price circled and underlined. He says the Dealer doesn't have to honor it cuz they would lose money.

Wow Darrell that really does suck. I'm sure if you wanted to press it you could make them honor that signed agreement but I'm sure it would cost more in the long run.

so what was their reason they could end your lease. Shouldn't be a problem. I ended both my leases early to buy a new car/truck. jerkies.
