Picked up Scott's old spoiler this morning.
Stuck it on there to see what it will look like - That is DEFINITELY what the front end needed.
Now for the paint. And stay away from the concrete parking stops...

Hey Chris
Got to agree with the old StangMahn. That full white spoiler looks pretty darn good as is. And that white is a pretty good match with your stripes. Never seen this setup before but you just may have hit on something!! Put a new thread up on the apperance thread and see what others think.

Hmmm... I never thought of that. I guess it doesn't look too bad. I will have to pull it out on a sunny day (assuming we have one in the next 5 months) and take some pics. Thanks for hanging on to it, Scott.
STD - did you choose a hood?

Showed your pic to my wife tonight and she also liked the look. That really doesn't mean anything to the hardcore Stanger but ....did you show it to your wife?? What's she think? Not trying to push you in any direction but the more I look at it the more I like it!! Get it out in the daylight soon and take a better full body pic!!

Well, it certainly is an interesting idea. (leaving it white) My gut (and Tom) tells me to paint it. But I will have to think about it - I have plenty of time.
Oh, I know - how about two blue stripes on it?

Gentlemen,
After discussing this subject further with Merle, we have decided that we also do not want any departmental holiday parties in the shop this year. The parties will not be compensated. If you still want to have a celebration on your own dime we would prefer to have them off site, after hours. Thank you for your cooperation and if you have any questions, please see me.
John
Subject: RE: Urgent - Holiday Party Cancellations
Everywhere you turn these days we are hit with more bad news regarding the economy - and we are by no means immune to this downturn. No doubt demand for our products and services will be less in 2009 and it isn’t appropriate for any of us to be celebrating while many families are facing the reality of lost jobs. As a sign of empathy for those that are impacted, we are cancelling all previously scheduled Holiday Parties across all our company locations. This includes the Christmas party scheduled for this upcoming Saturday. Please take immediate action to notify all your personnel of this decision, and make whatever arrangements to cancel any reservations you have made with restaurants or any other similar commitment.
If you have any questions, please see me.

As a sign of empathy..... my azz .....lol and j/k
