I have been so impressed with the HID headlights I got 2 weeks ago that I just bought the fog lights to go with them.

I want long tube headers. Maybe I can sell my shorties for a $100 or so and get some OBXs.

I almost pulled the trigger, but I sold my intake setup the other day and just bought this one:

My stock MAF is almost maxed out and the car stops pulling at around 6k rpm, so hopefully this unit with the special Saleen MAF will take care of that.

Holy $hit Tom you spent $599 for a new CAI and now you want long tubes???? Ice cream business must be pickin up.

Rochester was nice but no awards. Got beat by a 1999 Mustang, an stock 08 Shebly GT 500, and get this Tom, 1st when to the Blue Rousch you saw at the Michiana show. I could read the lips of one of the judges tell the other 3 judges that my car was to modded to be in the 71 and up Mustang class and I guess they scored my car low. I guess next year I'll pick a new class.
Over 300 cars today, all in all a very nice day.

Hey Scott and Larry,

On your OBXs, did you use O2 extensions for the front O2 sensors? Do the rear sensors plug into the headers near the collector area? I'm trying to remember and I'm too lazy to go back and search. From this picture I only see two O2 openings.

Hi Darrell, thanks again for shipping that alternator. Car fired right up with it.... runs good/charges good. When I get my PA back, I'll ship yours back to you. I can't believe that blue Roush won again- it's a nice car but has some mods that either people love or people hate I guess. I sold my intake setup and a Diablo MAFia piece that came with my base Vortech setup last year for a total of $325. And the Saleen intake above that I bought has came off of one of their shop cars, so really I bought it used and with the money that I got from selling my old stuff, it cost me about $100 to upgrade to the Saleen unit. And I won't be pulling the trigger on long tubes for a while, maybe not even until Spring. I just like to research, and dream.... hahhahaaa

Besides the next money I'm spending on the car is to fix my hood- I had a freak accident with my creeper last week- you wouldn't believe me if I told you. You have to see to believe.

Tom,
You'll need the O2 extenders to locate the forward O2 sensors into the header collectors. You'll need to have the rear sensors turned off in your tune & you don't use them.

Brenspeed is having a dyno day on November 1... But I probably won't be able to go... My part timer walked off the job a couple weeks ago so days off have been pretty much cancelled since we are now short handed.
