Yep...I'm moving...but just about 10 miles away from where I currently am...so if any of you are looking to move to South Bend, here is a chance. It was our first house...so its cheap...but its really nice and was good for us. Great quiet neighborhood too... get the word out for me!

thanks!...I may add that my neighbor 5 houses down is a retired union welder and restores mustangs as a hobby....He has a SWEET viper red '66 GT350 4-speed clone and a Superformance Cobra...just incase you have boring neighbors now and think moving into my neighborhood would gain you an instant friend...

Nope I live north of town.. at the end of the street I can see the Golden Dome at ND across the toll road.

How close does the new By-pass to Indy come to your home... Should be pretty close

 

it will be on the west side of 31....so the house should not be affected at all....its in a really nice area...cant even hear or tell that you are close to the bybass or 31....its really quiet.

yeah...yikes!....my house should run around 650/month with 0 down....I'm guessing buy where karman's car was dynoed he is in NH...

 

There are only 2 places named Nashua in the USA (that I know of).
One is in Iowa,where homes are even cheaper than Indiana.
Then there is my small city which is only an hour from Boston and the ocean.
You should see the price of homes in Boston.

at least it buys you a trailer where yuo live it would buy me a detached two car garage here. I live in Vancouver B.C. The average price for house here has just reached 738,000, and on the west side of the city average price is 1.3 million. yes you heard right

 

That's why the people that work in Boston (1 hour commute) live here.
They have the same prices as you (adjusted for your strong dollar).
