August 18 -- Central Wisconsin Cruise and Show
Getting out some preliminary information out as 1 of many organizers of an ever growing car show and cruise.
Date : August 18, 2012
Start time: TBD
The cruise will begin in one of 3 or possibly 4 locations:
Mosinee
Wausau
Birnamwood
Stevens Point (possible)
We will meet up and cruise to Shantytown where we will meet at Corky's Bar. There will be food and drink available and this is a family friendly environment. If you wish to have your car judged there is a $5 fee, if you just want to show there is no fee. Trophys will be presented in many categories. We are also setting up some door prizes just for fun.
After the trophy presentation we are planning to cruise to another location that has yet to be determined.
This is not an all mustang event. Any make, model, style are welcome. Last year we had motorcycles, trucks (raised and lowered), hotrods, restos and stockers. Bring what you have and enjoy the car talk and diversity we continue to bring.
If are a car guy/gal or know a car guy/gal and want to get out for a day and enjoy a ride and others rides come on out and pass this along. I will be posting more specific information as it becomes available. If you have any questions post them or PM me.
