Take this for what it's worth... I see this has been discussed a bit. I didn't go to the other board to read their posts. I have no idea what was said.

It would be cool (no question) to have an "'05 Only" event. But you have the opportunity to create something Epic.

The group I'm involved with up here is no guilt and no hate... AKA You don't HAVE to show up and all Stangs are cool. It's a great attitude! Anyways, there's only like 2 of us with 2005's in a club of 70.

Personally, a Mustang is a Mustang. Let's share the love and start a Drive around the Bay that perpetuates itself because everyone has such a great time, regardless of year! I'd be jazzed if 150 Mustangs "Wreak havok on the bay in May!"

I'll go back to my corner now...

Anyone Else?

As much as I would like this to be a first annual '05 only, I do see the need for a all mustang event. However, I don't know of a place that could park that many mustangs at a start/stop point.

I have seen on several (or heard) that there is a lot of desire to make this a all mustang. I'll cave to peer pressure if someone can help me re-get the word out there as well as find a place to start and stop.

BaSsFreAk89,
Let me get this straight. You've got a 2005 V6 Satin silver sitting in your driveway and you can't drive it (with your mom or dad) until JULY,

You've got to be dying.

I have flyers all over the bay area that advertise this as an '05 only. I'll let them know to include all mustangs.

I don't know the bay area well enough to come up with a start stop location. If we overflow, cool.

I saw the post on California fords. That's cool. They seem a little synacal to me. I doubt any of them will come anyway.
Please let them know that we were nearing 20 '05s without them. But if they feel the need to put on a show of power I'm not going to stop them from joining. I'll modify the craigs list post.

I think I've figured out a lunch spot.

IN 'N OUT BURGER in Millbrae

It's right off 101.

I'll go down there and check it out for parking.
I'd image 50 mustangs would tend to clog things up a bit.

Road trip today (yes in the pouring rain)

I'm going to check out the park & ride and find a large parking area with some burger joints.
