Anyone interested in going to the Encintas Rods and Woodies show this Thursday. I am going and was wondering if anyone wanted to meet me there.

Third Thursday of the month from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Rods & Woodies is the newest addition to the classic car show rotation. Unlike the other weekly shows, this one is held only on the third Thursday of each month through the summer (for 2005: June 16, July 21, August 18 and Sept. 15). But the cool thing is you get to see classic woodies in a true beach town setting. More info: Downtown Encinitas MainStreet Association at (760) 943-1950.

This event repeats on the third Thursday of every month until 09/15/2005

It officially starts at 5:30 but I will be getting there around 4 to get a good spot up front if anyone else is coming and cant make it early let me know I will do my best to save you a spot. The show is free and they give out trophies. Its pretty cool.

roflol, yeah obviously "as always" since you obviously werent there last month when I made this thread, but since Surfn is aware that there is one this Thursday 8/18/05, we can use this for everyone else who doesnt, I will be there as always and I will be getting there early, like I orginially posted and would be willing to save some spots if I can, the host club will be the North County Cruisers and the band is the Fijis. It is good times had by all and made even more fun because the 1st bar is right there in the center of the action, makes the time go by fast to get in an occasional game of pool and a beer, then everyone hangs out afterwards there and its the afterparty so to speak, so anyone else coming?

 

Which exit off the 5 would give the easiest access?

Nope, I didn't go, I'm still not fealing well, and am actually getting worse again, but I thought others could use the directions.
