Well it runs off the electrical system and removes the belt from turning the water pump. It's a little motor that runs the water pump with a small belt. It's supposed to unlock some HP in parasetic drag loss. Even better than the UDP's. Never seen any dyno numbers not sure if its worth the money or not? One advantage would be the ability to circulate the water through the block even while the car is off. Like while your in line at the drags

Its between Procharger and Vortech for me. Procharger is a complete unit that does not require a return oil line. Even though the vortech requires one I love how it sits flush into the Shaker system

Do you just hook up a switch to be able to run it while in line at the drags?

Yeah just an in line switch you could run into the cockpit or under hood or whatever. I like the idea of having it run inside the car real stealthy.

Boy this has made me just rethink my wanting a shaker hood. I love it but I will definately have to do some more thinking before pulling that trigger.

What you might be able to do is find out how to custom make the shaker into the hood... that way its stays attached to the hood whether its opened or closed... that way you could close the hood and still have clearance for the saleen or KB... just a thought

Jarrod, you can use the shaker, strip it down, and then mount it on a KB. Seen it done, it'll just take some fab work. Also I would take the KB over the Saleen just because if you plan on upping the boost pst 15 psi in the future, the KB will be more efficient and also will actually have the smaller pullies for that boost level.

And regarding the Bass Pro show, I think I shall be there with me pops and I along with the Vista Blue and my other '96 Redfire GT.

Well I just called Benji to ask when he was free. My gears arrive friday so he told me to call him then. He is either going to put them in Monday or Tuesday... anyone want to meet me up there and watch the fun next week? My shifter should arrive monday as well. I wonder how much he would charge to put that in also haha
