Idle problem warning :

Doug of Bama Tunes just posted that those with CAIs and tunes that are experiencing idle problems to clean the throttle body out and suggests how and what cleaners to use and what cleaners not to use.

I guess the oil in the filter and the extra dirt sucked in by our filters is clogging things up.

Clean with throttle body cleaner once every 15,000 and she'll purr like a kitten! Or just get blown and force feed the thing so that no crud can stick!

OK so thats two we need at least two more. We need to make a strong showing here. This is an opportunity that may not come again I think it in the best interest of the club that we do somthing here!

 

I'd love to, but can't. The good news.... My Dive Master class will be done after next weekend. Then I will be an official professional diver.

The next cert... Underwater CSI. Only one person in the world can give that cert. He happens to be a buddy of mine. My wife and I will be just one of the few that will have that cert.

Great find on the 93 Dave. I filled up this morning. It's odd they only have 1 pump that pumps 93 though.

 

Jep I thought that was strange too. Makes me wonder about the other shell stations do they also have 1 special pump?

 

I'm not sure. I've called around town before and no one had anything. Maybe this is a test to see if they keep it. We need to tell everyone we can about it so that they keep it on.
