To show your car on Sunday and to be able to go to all the events over the 4 days you have to pay a 35 per person registration fee. I know you need a registration but was wondering if you had planned on taking T or the Mrs to any of the other events...I have to pay the guy on Thursday so he can get our special display set up...you can just write me a check sometime before the show...

Has anyone tried to contact the TMS guys to see if we could get our own tab or a tab labeled "Tulsa" under the Midwest section?

Hey I was looking at page one and two of the midwest thread and saw that we used to have 2 other members Matt and Steve.. what ever happened to them?

Steve is still around. He is HadaStang. He pops in every now and then. We have tried calling Matt over and over. No answer. He got married and we think the wife made him get rid of the ride...

Well It looks as if noone is interested or can attend the show on Sun at Bass Pro. If I am wrong let me know now or I won't be attending. I might forgo the show and do the drags on Fri instead.?

I received the drag radials today. They are super sticky! Feels like a slick but with tread grooves.

Those should be awesome for getting us to hook up at the track then. Have you had them mounted yet and if so where?

No the wheels won't be here until Thurs. I'm not sure yet where to get it done. I remember it being a hassle last time I had some mounted at hibdon. They almost wouldn't do it because they werent stock replacement. I might call that tire shop there in Owasso off 169 on frontage rd. between 76 and 86 st n. Little mom and pop kind of place that probably will do a better job and not hassle as much about the size and so forth

Sounds like a plan. Let me know if they work out so I know to go to them to have mine mounted. I won't have my tires until I get back from Montana.

Wow, to be able to hook up and not smear the tires all over the track...hummm 60 foot times of under 2.0....hmmmm....I'm liking this idea....:-)

The way I have it figured is if I can get the 60' under 1.8 I should run a 12 somthing.

I hope the thing will run consistent 12 sec times with the drag radials and a good cool down between runs. Next on the performance line up is an upper control arm to get the last bit of wheel hop gone. and CMCV Deletes and a new tune. Bling mod will be clear marker lights and some interior upgrade pieces....new white shift ****, AC ***** power plug etc etc ...perhaps leather seat covers.

Sounds like you have a great plan for your stang Dave. When will you go to the cams and heads? Those plus headers should help you get to the mid to low 12s easily...you might even make it to the high 11s...

Not sure on the cams and heads I may not do the heads just the cams. Headers probably. May do the cams and then start saving for a Saleen blower. That will be my last mod. The grand fanale. The icing on the cake if you will.

Hmmmm Tires are a great idea... I wonder what it would feel like to know you will hook up with no problems. Where did you get your tires again?? Got a link? and what kind are they?

Why the Saleen blower Dave? You have to lower your engine to install one...if you do install one contact JDM Engineering for your tune. They have installed more Saleen blowers than anyone in the US
