Hey guys had a blast at the Hale show. Even though I went home empty handed i am not too sore about it.... Good job guys!!
Anyways... I told you guys I am not new to mustangs and I wanted to show you some pics of my past mustangs

Here is both of my brothers mustangs at the time I had my 85. As you can see this was before the paint job and hood.


And my 94GT(auto) Had the Red interior with black striping... loved it.

David has a canopy !! Two shows in 175 degree heat and after the show he tells me he has a canopy

Jarrod you do have a Mustang background...thanks for the picture...that system looks great....Not wild about the tube...needs some bling, may wait to see what Roush's CAI looks like when it comes out..

Good show guys - been better with a canopy- David won the top award, I got second and Jarrods orange demon was the most looked at car.

 

My car was the most looked at by kids that want to steal it, put 12inch gold wheels on it and make it a low rider. Not the kind of attention I want haha

 

Nice meeting you guys too!! Although I didnt revieve a trophy, I got to drive a beautiful Orange mustang home. Congrats on Dave and Bob for placing! I had a great time. David just a hint... I think Bob wants the Canopy the next time we go out.

Just got off the phone with Paul and was told that he broke bones this morning, he was suited up and was just getting into the water and he slipped and then snapping sounds and looked down and his foot was sideways with his leg.

They got him to the Siloam Springs hospital and fixed him up until he sees a Tulsa bone doc Monday.

He will post tomorrow and give us an update.

Paul, Paul, Paul...sorry to hear about the injury dude. That sucks and on one of your last dives for your cert. I hope it is something that will heal quickly so you aren't down too long. Give us a post and keep us updated. Best wishes.

 

I'm here! First off! Congrats on everyone for representing the club so well!

Here's what happened... I was all geared up, tank, BC, weights, etc, etc... (Heavy!) I was walking down the hill to enter the water. It was rocky as most lake entries are... 5 ft from the water a rock gave way and down I went and then I heard the nasty "snap"!. I look down and my foot was 90 degrees from where it should of been. I knew right away I was done.

My Dive Master buds guys did awesome. It was great to see all their rescue training kick in. It was like a well oiled machine. Since it was such a servre break, they had to call the Ambulance for transport. They got me loaded, stablized and started pumping me full of drugs. Needless to say it made the ride a lot nicer...

Got the hospital. Had xrays more drugs and the results came back. My tibula and fibula both broke as well as damge to the ankle. The only thing holding my foot on was skin, muscle and ligiments. Nice....

They had to knock me the set it and finish cutting off my wetsuits ($800 down the drain).

Won't know until I see the specialist tomorrow (I'll probably will be getting pins and other hardware install. LEG MODS!) but I'll be out of commishion for a while. No racing, No diving, etc for at least a few months.

Friggin sucks... I wish it this would of happened in the fall not spring.

What! Man, Paul I know that has to suck both leg bones at once! Did you at least tell them to cast you up in a "vista blue" cast? Well We will have to have a cast signing party for ya. I hope you have a speedy recovery!
