I got this via an e-mail update...kind of a bummer.

Ford Motor Company has sold off the promotional arm of The Beanstalk Group that produces and markets die-cast cars and trucks like the Concept Mustang, Ford GT and Ford FX4. In addition, the 1:18 die-cast castings produced and distributed under the Beanstalk Group name are currently up for bid. This means the end of the Beanstalk die-cast program as we know it. Accordingly, we administratively cancelled all pre-orders for upcoming Beanstalk product like the SVT Lightning Concept and Ford Lariat.
If there are any Beanstalk 1/18 cars that you have been interested in, now is the time to add them to your collection as once the inventory is gone... they're gone for good!
