You've won a contest and can pick 1. Foose, Roush, Saleen, Steeda, Shelby GT?
I would sell whichever one that I won and buy a base GT and modify it.
Tuner cars do nothing for me and they are way overpriced for some has-beens name to be emblazened all over your car.

This is kind of funny, I am debating some of these cars right now. Actually, my debate is a step up, but same makes. I am favoring the Roush. Shelby GT IMO way over-priced. Saleen, I do not mind the looks, but I love great handling cars. The Roush is supposed to pull over 1.0 G's. I do not think the others will match that. I am looking at a Stage 3. My other choices are GT500, Saleen SC, have not considered the foose or the Steeda. I have considered buying stock and modding myself. The way I look at it is the extra money it cost for a Roush over modding yourself will be made up in re-sale value. Anyway, I am not looking to buy until late this year, want to see what happens to the ADM's on the GT500.
You should make an option called Custom. Hell for 20K I could make a car with twice as much power as any of those. Built motor 6k turbo 6k 650RWHP and 3k suspension work BMR or CHE 5K LNR or Cervinni exterrior Kit the IMO you have the Baddest Mustang ever. JMO though.
If Only I could win the loto

Looks like it's the Shelby GT.
Voted Shelby. The Shelby adds looks that don't screw with the body lines of this car and still has the untouched look so you can continue to mod as you see fit. plus for what it's worth the shelby does carry the name. After that I would have to choose the Steeda.
You have made a value judgement that there is nothing worth waiting for on the 2008 mustang.
Since I have not seen the 2008 order guide, I have not come to that same conclusion. For example, I want to know if I can order a 2008 GT/CS in silver. Knowing this will help me decide.
As far as anixiety, more like excitement. Thanks for your concern, but I'm doing just fine.

Good for you AFBLUE.... I wish I could have waited for the 08' GT/CS... but I went ahead and got a black 07' GT/CS.... Don't know what the difference will be besides it is the actual 40th Anniversary!
BTW...I choose the Foose... I love the styling..+ can't hurt to have 335HP stock!

I would like to change my vote from Foose to Shelby GT. Is that legal?
I dont know... when i went to the dealership because of boredom. I saw the Saleen and I couldnt stop looking at it! I thought it was one of the coolest Mustangs i've ever seen! The owner tried to get me to trade in my Pony and I said "Yeah RIGHT!" I love my GT. But I gave the Saleen my vote.
