Looks identical to TMS member "Barricade"s ride, but I think he's from Texas. (I'm sure he's not the only one)

The one from VA is the original car from the movie, some guy just bought it recently for a ton of money and he lives in VA, there was an article about it online somewhere I read. That's prob why he has the police sign covered up when driving on the st, he was going to use it only for special event things.
Barricade actually IS a LEO in Texas and he has built his as a replica. I like his better. :-0
