I may be the guy xplanman feels sorry for. 
Any, xplanman, I hope you contact these guys before cancelling their pins. A remember whining about not getting a pin because I would be ordering instead of buying off a lot. But you did give a couple of these guys pin knowing they would be ordering. I hope this holiday is not ruined for these guys if their pins are cancelled.
