it looks good. i like it. yeah rockers are in order, and door panels would be nice. but overall its great
now buying it... well if its marked up anywhere near the modified 6er from Towne Ford over here ($7500+ and $3000 of it is "just because") then i prolly wouldnt. but if its only like $1-2K over MSRP for the mods, or is exactly what the cost of the mods were maybe....depending on the cost of the mods.
its cool that its a V6 i suppose cuz V8 insurance on a brand new car would kill me faster than a raider fan with an uzi (hehe 49er fan joke :P )
i do like it tho

I would have to say its being true to the Hollywood image. (All of the "wow" without the talent) I can only imagine the price has skyrocketed too. Its a perfect car for that wannabe producer who has a tight budget, and wants to look more successful that he really is. trust me on this one, I live next to a guy in a empty appartment who drives a new BMW makes $125 a day and is constantly asking me for work to help pay for his $650 a month payment.
I know that a lot of v6's are being sold because of the lower price and more reasonable insurance rate, so I’m not going to tell you it won't sell, and If I were a money hungry Dealership I would sell it for at least 5k over MSRP, because someone out there will definitely need a car like that to make up for other inadequacies.
I say "pimp that ride!" and mark it way up, you'll sell a ton of these.
P.S. the blue leather looks sweet. but the stripes could be a bit wider.

I bought a V-6, only after driving the GT. My salesman encouraged me to drive the six first. The deciding factor was not the insurance rate or horsepower, or even the fog lights. I just could not see or feel a $5,000 difference.
I think you car has been dressed up and will surely be sold to someone who likes the "bold" flavor.

I think you will not have any problems selling it because it reminds me of "Boy Racer". You gotta get enough out of it to cover the mods so a reasonable markup would be understandable.

well i only paid 100 over invoice on my gt prem. so i know theres people out there like me that wont pay more for something just because its new or has some add ons but then again there are those who just pay what ever the sticker says because its something they like.

Personally, I like it. It's different than all the other V6's. I like the color scheme too. I would also like to see blue rocker stripes added. Then, add the tri-bar pony's to the side fenders and put a duck-tail on it. Sweet ride! How much over base MSRP do they want? Since you work for Ford, you should be able to get it at a better price, no?
I'd say get it! Performance White was one of my top color choices.

I would never buy a car that looks like that.

I like it , but I would not buy it.... I would prefer to do the customization myself to save money... which, if I'm lookin' to purchase a V6, is the whole point.
Not to knock the add-ons, they're great, but they would probably suit a GT customer more.
