Worried about mileage
I put 1000 kilometres on my new triple black gt vert in the last week. It's the first week I had it so, I have been driving it more tha usual, but I am still wondering what will happen in 2 or 3 years.
At this rate, I'll have 100 000 clicks in 2 years, maybe 3.
At that point, do we just replace the engine, and it's like new again? I see myself wanting to drive this car for a long long time, but I also want to drive it a lot.
Should I pace myself, or is there something I can do later?

I would say stop worrying about it and enjoy the car
If you put that much mileage on it in three years then you could always do an engine rebuild if you really wanted to... but I doubt it would need it.
I have 187k on my '91 and it still looks great and runs strong. I'm hoping the 4.6 engine has the same longevity, but either way I would just enjoy your car man you paid for it

I agree, don't worry about it, my V6 has 144,000 km on it and still runs like a train. You certainly won't need to rebuild after 100k unless you are driving the car like you stole it!
I put almost 200,000 miles on a 92 LX (4 cyl).
The only repairs I did other than oil changes and windshields (rocks always hit me) is belts, batteries (2), clutch (2, but I got ripped off in San Francisco), and 1 tune up and that happened after I hit 100k because I didn't know I was supposed to get them. Oh, I replaced the tires a few times.
I don't know anything about cars (you can tell by the lack of tune ups, and I didn't notice a difference after I got it) but that car started every single time I turned the key (except when I left the interior light on for 2 days and killed the 1st battery). The only thing I did was get an oil change every 3000 miles and the car was fine.
Don't worry about it.
I'm more concerned about the paint job than I am the mechanics. My clear coat came off almost completely and by the time I got rid of the car, the paint was gone in some areas and looked brand new in others, but after 10 years and 200k miles, that was pretty much a source of pride.
