It could be a lot worse.....a friend of mine in Quebec City sent me this picture yesterday. And I thought we had a lot of snow here!

I went to the Fabulous Fords Forever show a few year ago with Ron Bramlett of Mustangs Plus. We went to dinner after the show with some of the Southern California locals. I was talking about having to put the car away, and getting it out. They looked at me like I was crazy. "What is putting it away? "

I keep thinking about buying snow-tires, too, but I can't justify the cost against the infrequent amount of snow we get. Usually I either try to work from home, or I rely on the 300 pounds of sandbags I lump in the trunk.
Soon as I get the chance, I'm swap'n the rather lame stock tires for some really good all-season tires. It's not hard to beat the stock ones for wet and snow ratings.

Weather's too unpredictable here. With as much trouble as I have with the all-season tires on wet roads, I can only imagine putting on summer tires.
I was thinking more along the lines of these:
Eagle F1 All Season
