We all try to keep the forum "family friendly". But when someone slips up and uses a word like b**** - the language filters step in with occasionally amusing results.

In PA, tint on the front two windows is not allowed. Anyone seen a car with tint on the back and not the front (on a two door car). I can't risk putting tint on the front, I live on the same street as the police station.
I would like to have the windows tinted to reduce the heat, but don't want to if it will look like crap without the front windows tinted.

I got 20% tint on 11/2. I spoke to the owner of the shop about this problem. They tape the sensor while they tint it but take it off when they are done. He assured me I would have no problem with the window going up and down when I open the door (and I didn't) but he told me not to put the windows all the way down for 2 days.

I got my windows tinted the tint guy said the moving up and down would not hurt it just don't roll them all the way down. My windows after a week look just fine.

Nichole... or anyone else who has had their '05 Mustang windows tinted... how much did it cost you? And did you have all the windows done, or all but the front windshield? I'm trying to get a quick estimate on tinting the '05 before going in and getting a real estimate done.

Just in Laurel, I thought maybe you were a different Nichole. How do you like your new Mustang? Is that your first one?

The last body style had a whole row of the dots about 4-6 down from the top of the glass and made it hard to tint. None around the edges though.
Does the '05 have to same dot-matrix at the top?
I know the front windshield is the same around the pony, unfortunately.
