Of course, its a matter of taste, and I thank Ford for the choice...
...but I prefer the optional GT wheels myself. The bullits look too much like last year holdovers. This car needs its own signature wheel.

I prefer the bullits because:
1: They look better to me
2: They are cheaper
3: There is a good chance I will get after market wheels so why spend extra for something I don't particularly care for.
To each his own.

By the way, did anyone else happen to catch the similarity of the "Concept/Upgrade 17" Wheels" to the Hubcaps on this 65 Stang? I was looking at this pic with my Mom and she actually said something about it at the same time I noticed It. Kinda Cool, But I still want Bullitts.
Actually, it's the rims on the V6 models that are styled after the hubcaps of the 65 and 66 mustangs. Just look at them, it's pretty obvious.

well, if you like a wheel that looks like it was designed for an f-150 or, an explorer...............be my guest..........you will never get DROP DRAW REACTION with that wheel............... JUST MY OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!

My Sentiments Exactly, akrebs1. They just look like a piece of Solid Alluminum with some Slots Cut into them, They actually remind me of the Old TRX wheels from the 80's you know what ones I'm talking about? They just don't have that Muscle Car Look to them to me, that the Bullitts do.
I do like the way the Fan Blades Look, but I can't see paying more ofr 18" tires for the rest of my life on this car, They're Gonna be Expensive!

What about the other bullets with the spinners. No one ever talks about them or has them?

I like the pattern and style of all of the wheels including the V6 rims with the spinners. However, all the wheels, including the 17" Concept style rims and tires look too small on the new Mustang, especially when the car is leaning. I hope the 18" wheels will look better. I understand the show car with the 18" wheels was lowered(?) so the 18's may may still look small on a stock Mustang as well...

It was the most agonizing of choices for me on my GT between the 'upgrade' and 'bullitts'. After going back and forth, I finally decided on the upgrade concepts. I just wanted a wheel that was more modern and flashy to go with the red leather interior. Now, if we could have had the car built with the fully polished bullitts and spinner, then I would have went this way.......but 2 sets of wheels is not an option for me to attain this. Some day I will go aftermarket wheels of my choice, but that's quite a ways down the road......
