I haven't called in today but as of yesterday I didn't have an exact built date. Are the exact build dates given?

 

The nice robot lady Told me as of April 4 I was locked in for production for week of April 4

 

Mine says as of March 17th, scheduled for production april 4th. I wish I could get the "locked in" response

 

Yeah I'm getting the same thing. I wonder when the locked in phase happens

 

who's the robot lady? Is she reachable by phone??

 

No but she frequently shops at CompUSA, might try to find her there.

 

For kicks I called Customer Service to see if I got "locked in" He told me that my car was built and that I can expect the car between 4/4 and 4/11 AT THE DEALER!

Naturally I freaked out and called my dealer....who told me the guy read his screen wrong, its back to being built that week...

Man......about had a heart attack!

ugh still no ERL updates

 

I talked to customer service today and they told me my car was to be built between April 4 and the 11th and to be delivered to the dealer between April 11 and April 20. We will see what happens. Any body interested in a 2004 Escape Limited?

 

I'm on for the week of the 4th too. I'd just keep checking during next week and see what the Robot women says. I'm going to try tomorrow morning. I just hope the workers are 100% next week, since we loose an important hour of sleep due to DST is this weekend.

 

Originally I was scheduled for the week of April 4th,
Now she tells me that I'm scheduled for the week of
March 28th.

Now at first I thought that was great news until I realized
that friday is April 1st. Now if I had to bet I would guess
not only will my car be built on a friday, but also on April
fools day as well, can't be a good sign.

Needless to say I've been calling the ERL every night
hoping the status changes to what ever comes next,
but no luck as of yet.

 

If you show as bucked tomorrow, it won't be an April Fool's joke.
