Yep, I picked up my car last Friday, was out of town until late Saturday night. Gave the car her first wash and wax by me on Sunday, then went cruising. Had to wash her because of the constant rain we've been having. I'll post pics when I get them. I have some pics of her being delivered and unloaded at the dealership that they took for me, but I don't have mine developed yet.

I heard a rumor he was driving it around Vegas.
Sorry, long day. Twisted humor. [/b][/quote]
Ha! I am hunting around Vegas right now!!
.....well next week if all goes as planned!
First off, thanks a ton for the lookup of the VIN's, it is much appreciated
I was curious though if you or someone else could put in to laymans terms what some of the line items mean, specifically
1)Segment Date: The date that MP&L determines which week the order will be built
So is this when they decide to build it, but not the actual date of build, just when they decide?
2)Sequence Date: The date that MP&L determines which day the order will be built
Same as before, is this just when they decide on the day? not the actual date?
3)Blend Date: The date that MP&L determines when the order will be built within the assigned day
Hmm, this one has me confused heh
Thanks again for all your help

If you want to know where Ford say's your car is with this type of info:
Receipt Date: The date that MS&S recorded the order
Serialize Date: The date that MS&S transfers the order to MP&L and the VIN is created
Segment Date: The date that MP&L determines which week the order will be built
Sequence Date: The date that MP&L determines which day the order will be built
Blend Date: The date that MP&L determines when the order will be built within the assigned day
Produced Date: The date that VO finished assembling the vehicle
Gate Release Date: The date that VO transfers the vehicle to Transportation Carriers for shipping
Ship Date: The date the vehicle left the Assembly Plant
Arrival Date: The date the Dealership received the vehicle
Sold Date: The date the Customer picked up the vehicle
Post your VIN and I can look it up...

Guys and Gals,
He's not doing anymore VIN checks. If you already have a build date you should expect to see your Mustang about 3 weeks after it's built. That is if there are no unexpected problems or hold ups at the plant. Keep in touch with your dealer or call Ford Customer Relations. They use the same system so there should be no problem with status checks (yea, yea...I know some dealers are not providing good updates, but try them.).
