I wanted to add either of these possibly, but where do you put the antennas?

Do a search. I've posted lots, and so have many others on how they've done it.

The gps antenna is under the dash behind the cluster and the sat antenna is on the deck lid.

We mount all of our antennas on the trunk deck lid. I have had customers request that we install the antenna on the front passenger side of the roof panel in the corner. Makes it alot easier to remove/install. Wire runs right down weatherstripping and through pinhole in windshield adhesive, then into pillar, and into dash.

It's all preference.

run it onto the back panel under the back windsheild inside the car, people have not complained about reception there

That was the only thing I was afraid of. If that's not an issue with our next one, I'll make that the standard. Would look much cleaner.

I have had my GPS and Sirius antennas in the rear deck for over a year and have no problem with them. I do get a little dropout of the satellite radio going under bridges, but my wife's Infinity does the same thing with a factory satellite antenna mounted outside the vehicle, so I assume it is somewhat normal.

The Factory did that on my GT500 and drilled into the trunk lid. If i had known, i would have not had the option done. Everyone asks "what's the bubble on the trunk?"
