Specifically.. the center console bezel... #8 in the picture below:

try fordoemparts.com, they may have it. Out of curiosity, why do you need a new one?

I want to install a 7-8" touch screen for a carputer that will probably be larger than the double-DIN opening. Since I'm new to this, I want to leave my stock panel in my car while I do work on an extra panel, because: a) this might take a long time to get it right and b) I might royally screw it up.

The piece is $35.45 from the website located below. The site is run by Royal Oak Ford in Royal Oak, MI. You can order the part from any Ford dealer though.

Definately. I'll have a detailed write-up... this wont be completed for many months though, because I tallied up my parts list and its around $2k. I can only save about $700 a month if I limit my diet to ham sandwiches for a few months.
