It's called plasti dip, you can pick it up at lowes or Home Depot for around $6-$8 a can.
It is rubber in a can.
Just mask off what you don't want sprayed, and spray it!
Best of all if you don't like it just let it dry and it peels right up! Does t Hurt your paint or clear.
My hood is dipped.
