Thumbs up

When will the dealers receive another allocation of Mustangs to be built? If I understand correctly, the dealers currently receive a limited allocation each month until production gets up to speed next year. I ordered a week ago with a priority 10 and am trying to get an idea of when Ford will pull orders again.

I ordered today. I was told that all the dealers in the Va Beach/Norfolk area are polled on thursdays. I am also a priority 10 and was told to expect 8-10 weeks for delivery. I'm holding my breath for a Christmas time delivery. Fortunate for me, I will be able to drive the car in our mild VA winters.

Thanks. I ordered on 9/20, but the sales manager wouldn't tell me anything other than to check with him next week. If I get it my Christmas, I'll be happy. I heard the plant shuts down for a week or two over the holidays.

I was told 8-10 weeks back in August. I'm at the 6 week mark, and no build date, still "clean and unscheduled."
I'm hoping to hear from my dealer REAL SOON, because I can't take the waiting anymore!! (I'd like to sell my current car, but until I hear from him, I'm not prepping it yet)
