Wheel weights

Ok I know this is a crazy one , but on the 07's (maybe on the 05' and 06's too I don't know for sure) Ford is using stick on wheel weights on the inside of the blades. What is the highest and lowest counts you have on your wheels. The least I have on one is 4, the highest is 21. It may sound like a lot, but these things are small, better than the old clamp on lead chunks of the past.

On my 06 the weights were all on the outside until I had my local shop put stick-on weights on the inside. I have the standard Bullitts.

The 18" wheels have the stick on weights on the inside of the wheel

Because the weights are much closer to the centreline of the wheel, i'm pretty sure more weight has to be used to balance out the wheel & tire as opposed to the edge of the wheel. I'll have to bust out my university vibrations notes to confirm this
