What Vin numbers are you all getting with your car. I'm just wondering if we will know what number our car came off of the assembly line.

The last 6 of my VIN are 1032XX. The other 05s' I've seen all started with 10XXXX. I would assume my car is the 32XX car built.... anyone else?

 

Those # don't denote "off theline" really, they start at 100000.So your number would be in the 3000 odd numbers assigned. Cars are built with an inhouse # system at assembly.

 

Mike, the vin is more related to the order in which the car was pulled from the order bank. Next time you might want to try the search feature. We talk about MANY topics, and they get discussed many times, and people get annoyed when a newbie just asks a question without an attempt of searching first.
