By region are you saying that a particular vehical is pulled, from lets say the shipping yard, only when a certain amont of cars are going to a particular region?

I fully understand that holderca1, was just curious to how the process worked. I kinda figured it would be by region, but was looking to see if there was some inside info. on the process. Thanks
