My local Ford dealership has three stangs in. 2 gts and a V6. I am going to go after work and take pictures.

Anyone have any requests as far as what to take a picture of?

Could you please take a pic of the contrast between the red leather interior and the dark interior. I just want to see how black it is inside in comparison to the red. Try to get a pic that protrays the red leather correctly.

Thanks

Gett some of the oddball stuff we haven't seen.

The glove compartment
headliner lighting if any
One back seat down with the other up
Undercarriage front and back
storage bin between the seats
Under the dash, both sides (how neat is the work under there?)
Fuel door/gas cap
Location of hood release
The masked area around the rear view mirror
If it is a V6, the cutout area (if there is one) at the tailpipe (for you, Brad)

How's that for a list!

How about the back window dotted (ceramic ?) area for those
of us who are thinking about tinting and don't want those bubbles...

Talking

Please check out the headrests and see if the angle is adjustable - if so a pic showing various angles would be great!

Also - if they have various colors with the red and charcoal leather interior - a shot with the door open to see how that interior looks with various exterior colors.

Have fun!

edit: SCS - when you and I both have our Windveil Blue V6 manual coupes we ought to get together! A road trip to Chicago might be about half way - what do you think??!!!

The undercarriage.

I keep hearing how modifying to a side exhaust will be difficult because of the undersides layout.

I'd like to see it!

you know what I never checked, if the wipers are the traditional blade-frame type or the newer single flex-blade which has no frame whatsoever and an integrated spoiler like 500 and Freestyle has which is identical to high-buck german cars. It is all rubber, no metal at all.

If they come in, I'd like to see a picture from the drivers seat of checking the blind-spots. You know looking over the right shoulder to get an idea of visibility through the quarter windows. Also, from the front seat looking out the rear window.

Do the wipers stand in the out position. Or do you have to hold them out when changing the blade or wiping under them. I hate that when you can only pull them a few inches away from the windshield. Makes it a PITA to change the wipers.

How about a close up shot of the radio / ac area. Im curious to see if they are using the same ac ***** as the previous 00-04 models.
