There have been a few threads about the best gas mileage people are getting while cruising. That's great and all, but cruising isn't quite as much fun as flooring it from a stop sign (for a lot of people anyway). So when the little display comes up on the dash that shows your instantaneous gas mileage, what does it read? Just for laughs. Thanks all.

All of the bars disappear, same as when you are sitting still.

Right after resetting the Average MPG, a WOT start will register 1 - 2 MPG.

Our 4 cylinder race car gets 7Mpg at Daytona... just a data point.. I know our 05 doesn't get anywhere near 25mpg on the highway, but then again, it's probably because I can't drive it anywhere near 70mph!!
