Factory, but the best alarm is have everything covered with insurance and Lojack helps as well.

Viper 5900. With glass break sensor and back up battery. Probably overkill with the 1 mile range of the remote and everything but its worth it.

Clifford Matrix

A big player in aftermarket car alarms is Directed Electronics. They own Python, Viper, Clifford, Avital, Hornet, Auto-Mate, and a few other brands.

GPS tracker module + Factory Alarm over here.

www.guidepointsystems.com

It let's you log on and check where your car is from the internet, and it also reports vehicle speed if it's moving, so I'll know how fast the criminals are driving my car...

Factory plus Viper two way with all the bells and wistles and a Louisville slugger. My last car was stolen and I'm not afraid to make someone eat from a straw for the rest of their lives as a result of stealing from me again.

Factory alarm & Zoombak--I didn't want someone hard wiring the Lojack in & Zoombak is portable & you can change to different cars...down side, you've got to plug it in & charge it every few days but you can locate it if stolen.
