My brother ordered an 05 that was built August 1st. It shipped on the 5th and was supposed to be here the 8th or 9th. The car is still not here and the 800 number says the car was damaged during shipping. Dealer says it was only a flat tire yet the car is still not here. How can we find out exactly what happened and where his car is?

 

I could be wrong but I think the only thing you can do is ask for a copy of the repair bill. If it is only a flat tire you have nothing to worry about. When my car arrived the front windshield was damaged. It was not a big deal because it was replaced.

 

The delaer can tell you specifics about the damage when your car arrives. Better yet when the car arrives before they fix it, check it out.
