I only live a few minutes from the accident scene and I know how serious it was. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

I was a cop in PG County and I can tell you for a fact that a majority of the people who live in Langley Park have MAIF. Most of them shouldn't be driving either. Get better soon.

Glad your still here with us all. I wish you all the best, and a speedy recovery. I know what it's like to not be able to drive for a while (I couldn't for 7 weeks after my transplant) and it STINKS!! Just keep a postive attitude and keep your head up, and you'll be back on your feet in notime. Best of wishes.

Thanks for all of your well wishes!!!! Last night was realllllyyyy ruff. They discharged me but failed to give me a perscrption for one of the pain meds that I was on in the hospital. So after getting home at 6pm last night I was never able to get comfortable and actually started running a fevor at about 10:30. My wife attempted to call the hospital, but got the run around. So she called our family doc and he told us to go to the local ER right away. So I got an ambulance ride to Carroll County general and was there till 4:30 when they determined that it must be a meds issue, because I was free of infection. Then my wife spent all day dealing with some real winners at Shock Trama today trying to get my meds straight. One lady said they were already giving me too much and that I should cut back. I would have killed her had she been in site!!! Finally it was determined that they failed to give me a pain med for the nerve damage in my broken leg. They hadden't forgotten in the hospital, only when I was discharged.

So day 6 is starting and I think it only gets better from here.

Speaking of the other driver. He has no license, but from what I understand they are citizens. The thing I am worried about now is an MS13 (bad gang) connection.

If nothing else, this landed me an xbox 360. My parents surprised me with the 360 Live with Madden yest. Then I picked up Proj Gotham on the way home from the ER yesterday. The graphics are awesome, but it's a bit small for my 30 inch TV in my living room. When I'm feeling better it will go downstairs on the big screen.
