I just recently purchased a set of GT take off rims/tires and I put them on, but now whenever I brake my car makes a faint, but very high pitched squeaking sound, when I let off the brakes it immediately goes away. I would have thought it was my brake pads, but why did it happen SOON AS I put on my new rims and tires? any help would be much appreciated.

I took my car in for that , with the TSB, and they refused to change the pads and ended up turning the rotors. Brake dont sqeak as much now but they do squeak when u heat em up pretty good. I hate dealing with Dealers.

For future reference, all TSB's can be found as a sticky on the top of the issues page.

Thanks a lot for the TSB. Islandmustang, I'll wait it out for a month since it isn't that noticeable. If still nothing changes, I'll take it in for the TSB. Thanks guys.
