Waiting for my Mustang
Hi guys, I have been reading your forum for a while, and looking all your awesome cars, I also have story with mustangs, my dad had a coupe 67 and a fast back mach 1 69, but soon I will get my '05 and decided I am worthy of being part of the forum heh. I do have an 89 convertible though.
but it is a 4 cilinder and honestly, it just doesn't cut it for a mustang.
but well, the question I have, and I konw there is going to be a lot of you inthe same situation is how long it takes to recieve the car!!!???
I placed the order on feb. 2005, and they called me 2 days ago telling me they had the VIN number already, after that, do you have an idea how long it takes???
I ordered a white which I know is uncommon, but living in florida, the black one was not an option. GT, red interior, anti theft side airbags, shaker 500, bullits, I think nothing else needed.
Thanks for having this forum, it's great to have people that loves these cars as much as me and my father.

PATAN,
We are Vegan and try not eat, harm or use animals or their parts.
The V8 is made in USA and Canada, the V6 is made in Germany, we like to have the one made in Romeo MI USA.
I hope the Mustang will be here ASAP for both of us.
Mustang Dan
thanks guys, how can I know if my motor will be built in the Romeo plant?
the color choice, is in memory of the first mustang I had (well my dad) he had a 1967 white with burgundy interiors, a 289 automatic, we were the terror of the bmw 323 on the highway haha, I was like 6 yrs old when we had that one, there is when our love for the car begun, where I come from there were almost no american muscle cars, I used to live in Argentina, and we got that '67 from the american embassy, the motor was inside an apple wood box at the time , we rebuilt it.
one thing I really like about the white one, is that the car looks somehow longer than the other colors, plus, florida is too hot for a black car which would be my other choice.
Thanks for all the information guys, I'll be posting some pictures when I get mine.
