Vert Top Rubbing??

I have a parchment Vinyl top on my 07' GT/CS and I am finding that everytime I put it down then back up it seems to get Dark spots on it as if it is rubbing against something dirty while in the down position.....can anyone help to point out this area it rubs against so that I may clean it to avoid this hassle everytime I want to put the top down?
Also anyone else getting these marks... if so how are you getting them off of your top....regular washing just doesnt seem to get them off.

I've had a '07 parchment vert since last August and have never seen such stains. Post a picture, see if we can figure it out.

I get those stains on my top as well. Its made worse for me because I use 303 protectant on my top. I guess they are caused by the vinyl resting onto the rails when folding. They come right off when I wash the car, and they are not that dark or noticeable.

What do you use to wash them out? I use armor all orange glow wipes. Not sure if that is too abrasive.

have you spoken to the dealer about this yet? I know I wouldn't waste my time trying to figure out something that should be taken care of by the dealer.
