I hope you bought the car before 1/2/07, that way you get all the rebates. Then return it to the dealer for the work, otherwise, I think you are out $2500 for the x-plan rebate.

This is the kind of thing that drives us all nuts, I am really considering getting a huge list of both good and bad reports from different Mustang owners and sending it directly to Mullay. YAONYC, Glad to see that someone else found a good dealer to go through.

I'm betting that he will eventually address this dealer service issue. They cannot continue to do same ol same ol and turn the company around. People in general feel that the entire experience is a "FORD" experience and when you get shoddy dealership service, it totally affects the "FORD" experience. That is a big hole for a company trying to turn itself around. Customer complaints with dealership service should be addressed. By this I mean each and every experience should be reviewed and fixed to the customers satisfaction regardless of profit. Service profit is being put ahead of overall customer experience and satifaction right now. This flys directly in the face of the companies grand scheme if you will. Although management may feel this is a small piece of what's happening, it is a vitally important one that should be addressed YESTERDAY.
