Is that just a number to voice complaints, or can they also give you information about your order?

If Ford was treating us like customers we wouldn't need him.

In 2000 I placed an Escape order with this same dealer - this dealer's first. It progressed through the system, was built, and was the first 2001 Escape deliered to the that dealer. That's what I expected to happen with the 2005 Mustang.

Let us all know what you get, DJ. Hope you weren't too harsh on him, he's probably the equivalent of the "receptionist"

As customers Ford owes us more. If he doesn't know, please provide a contact that can answer these questions.
