Under cover Mustang GT police cars
#42
No they didn't get me! THANK GOD! That is the last thing I need. But as for the lights, the car was undercover and had what looked like 0% tint on the windows. But anyone who knows the Altamonte area is familiar with how often cops are there. My guess is that that cop car needed a seperate battery just for all his lights.

I don't know if it is happening elsewhere, but Howard County, Md.'s police force has several black undercover GT's running around. They look totally stock except the fogs have been replaced with red and blue lights and there is a small light cluster in the back window. Otherwise these look like stock black GT coupes. I haven't seen it for myself, but I've had three seperate people at work approach me about it once they heard I was buying a Mustang.
Has anyone else seen undercover GT's?

Since you're in that area, ever go to the Home Depot in Eldersburg or Jimmy Cone in Mt. Airy for cruise nights? Lots of nice vehicles at these meets. We're just north of Taylorsville at the junction of Rts 26 and 27...

I talked to my "source" in the Howard County PD and he said that they have one Mustang and one Charger. I took the chance to ask while I was in the ER at Shock Trama Thursday night. It's funny where your mind goes to!!
