"Pony Gets Power and Punch
The 3.8-liter 90-degree pushrod engine that has long been standard in the Mustang has been replaced with a new 4.0-liter, 60-degree, single-overhead-cam (SOHC) V6. The new 6-cylinder provides a boost of 7 horsepower to 200, and an extra 10 foot-pounds of torque, to 235 lb-ft, than its predecessor."

Is this statement true, I thought we got more horses than just 7?

Yes, my '03 V-6 Mustang was 193HP, and 225Lb/Ft Torque, but you had to flog the heck out of it to get the 193HP, or at least it sounded like you were flogging it.
The interesting thing is that my wife's 98 Windstar 3.8 V-6, with 200HP and 240Tq, the same as the 4.0.

it was 190 (then 193/225)
was for the 3.8 and then it was rebadged the 3.9 with same ratings in 2004.
210/240 sounds right for the 4.0

This would be the correct information. People have said ALOT of things that are wrong in reviews.
