Tpms???

Ok I give, what is a TPMS? I hope it's not that tire pressure monitor I've heard about...If it is can it be disabled?

I guess it's about choice, or lack there of... If they must do these kind of shinnigians, offer a rebate, or an insurance break to those who want the TPMS. An the rest of us who do our own basic maintenance periodicly will take our chances...

By next year all vehicles will have TPMS.

We free as long as we are told what to do......

Many of the 'mandated' things would not be so if we were not a bunch of sue happy, lacking commons sense bunch of morons.

Gotta love how the stupid have scewed up this country.

I was thinking along the lines of the government not the manufacturers.

The government looses the "Tire Pressure *****" on us, doing who knows what kind of damage to the aftermarket wheel industry. But remains mum while the petrolium industry, (Aka, Big Oil), runs amuck and all but ruins our economy... go figure.

Enough politics already...I think I'll go eyeball some Mustangs...

It is Tire Pressure Monitoring System and as far as I know it cannot be disabled. It would probably have to be done with a script and a tuner and I doubt any programmers have done it.
