Torque converter efficency??

Kay my overdrive light flashes and with my code reader I got a code and it says torque converter efficiency. Does this mean I need a new torque converter or do I need more transmission fluid or do I need I change it. If anyone has had this problem please help me. Oh and it's on my auto 05 gt

As these dont have a dipstick, Id find out how to check that first, after this many years, wouldnt hurt to have it serviced, I dont like the flush idea as much as the old drop the pan and replace the filter... The idea of stirring up all the stuff from the pan/ filter and pushing it thru the pump never appealed much to me- every pan ive ever pulled had crap in it that didnt look like it would be nice to try and stir up...

I dunno, but assume these have electric lockup- might check out any connections, fuses, etc... Im sure someone will chime in that knows. Good luck!
