Top Radiator hose clamp

Top Radiator hose clamp
Has anyone else had a problem with the clamp on the top of the radiator. The hose has started to leak where the clamp is. Just wondering if it is a really bad clamp. Doesn't look like much of one. And do you know
where I could find braided hoses that are the size of the radiator hose.
