Took her in for Oil Change, oil leak from main seal or pan

So I take my 2005 Mustang into the local Ford dealer for her first oil change. She only has 1500 miles on her by the way. Anyways, I told them I saw a small amount of oil under the car so they check for leaks. The tech says he can't tell if its the main seal or pan that is leaking. Has anyone else had this problem? I am worried that having a predator tune and aftermarket CAI they will try to deny warantee work and blame the problem on the tune. Do you guys think I should load the stock tune before bringing her back in for service?
I also installed a Corsa axle back recently and couldn't get everything lined up right. passenger's side sits lower than driver's. Went to a muffler shop and said the only thing they can do is fab a bracket for about $70 and the Ford guy said that he can't do anything and he thinks they look fine . Wonder if I should contact Corsa because I don't believe I should have to pay to have a bracket fabbed so the exhaust is aligned correctly?

Had the same problem with the wife's brand new 04 mustang. Had about 700 miles on it. rear main seal was gone. They put purple dye in with the oil, and after you run it for awhile, the purple dye will show up, where it's leaking. Geez, don't tell me it's starting on the 05's!

About the exhaust.I have FRPP and they would not align for anything.I put the metal holding brackets in my vice and bent them accordinly. Now they line up perfectly!
