Tint on the front window

I just got my car tinted and I got the strip on the front window. My questions is does it ever stick properly to the front dots. Mine right now looks like it has a bunch of bubbles in it and it's been 2 days. The guy said give it 3 days, but I've started trying to rub it down with no luck. It really looks like crap and I'm thinking of bringing it back to him. I was just curious if anyone else seen this

I've heard of this problem with almost everyone who puts tint over those dots on older mustangs. I think the solution was to lightly sand them down a little bit to get the tint to stick. If he has tinted mustangs before, he should probably know that. I would take it back if the little bubbles don't go away after three days.

It'll never lay down right without sanding the dots first.

On the back windows of the older cars they used to put black vinyl over the 6" section of dot-printing, then tint the rest
