i had my car to the dealer twice...the first time they found a loose heat shield today they found as the service person told me..the wind deflectors were bent slightly causing them to vibrate against the body the straightened them out....i was told it depend how the car is lifted..when it is serviced...what type of lift they use....so if you have a similar problem..this might be it...
